LUPC is a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to achieve value for money for our members in their procurement of goods and services, in a way that benefits our members, society and the economy, whilst minimising damage to the environment. In collaboration with other higher education purchasing consortia and with responsible procurement at the centre of everything we do, our expert procurement team manages a large portfolio of framework agreements securing best value for each of our members.
