Our purpose is to accelerate the global reduction of CO2 emissions within the processing industry by offering our sustainable, patented Raslysation™ solution – a groundbreaking, non-thermal alternative to traditional liquid processing. Raslysation™ provides gentler treatment of liquids, significantly improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), reducing the need for frequent cleaning, and lowering operational costs. Furthermore, raslysation enables 60-90% less energy use and 60-80% less water use compared to traditional pasteurization. The result is a simpler, more efficient production line without compromising product quality, taste or safety. The Raslysation™ technology offers solutions that are applicable a broad range of liquids, and it delivers consistent and validated microbial control through advanced UV light treatment, effectively eliminating unwanted microorganisms. With its headquarters in Aalborg, Denmark, Lyras handles key processes in-house, including R&D, system design, production, testing and service.
