Macrodyne Technologies designs and manufactures custom hydraulic and servo-hydraulic presses, press-line automation, and die handling systems for demanding industrial applications. Our presses range up to 30,000 tons, with die handling capabilities for dies exceeding 100 tons. We support processes including metal forming, forging, extrusion, deep drawing, hot stamping, compression molding, hydroforming, superplastic forming, die spotting, research and development, and other specialized applications. Macrodyne operates through established Canadian and U.S. entities, giving customers a clear contracting path for domestic, cross-border, and controlled defence programs. Macrodyne USA is a U.S. small business with manufacturing operations in Hockley, Texas and CAGE Code 20ZP7. Press engineering and automation are developed together from the beginning. Our in-house capabilities include robotics, gantry systems, AGVs and AMRs, vision systems, custom end-of-arm tooling, automated die handling, material handling, and integrated quality-control systems. Each system is engineered around the customer’s process, production targets, facility, and long-term operating requirements. We use proven hydraulic, electrical, and controls components with globally available replacement parts to support reliability, maintainability, and long service life.
