Mission: The Foundation is committed to supporting the education of every child by raising private funds, awarding grants, developing community partnerships, and advocating for Madison’s public schools. Vision: Supported by the Foundation, Madison will have excellent, well-funded public schools in which learning is celebrated and all students graduate ready for college, career, and community involvement. History: Madison Public Schools Foundation is an independent, community non-profit organization dedicated to sustaining and extending the excellence of Madison’s public schools. Working in collaboration with the Madison Metropolitan School District, the Foundation focuses on building community awareness of school district needs and fostering relationships to provide support to address those needs.
