Mecaer Aviation Group (MAG) is a leading international provider of aircraft solutions in four different business lines (Actuation & Flight Control Systems, Landing Systems, Cabin Comfort Systems and Aircraft Services) for the Helicopter, Business and General Aviation markets. MAG offers integrated solutions for systems and equipment as a Tier 1 provider as well as aircraft services to OEMs and End-Users. The Group has many approvals and qualifications from regulatory agencies, military organizations and OEMs. MAG traces its origins from the SIAI Marchetti at the Borgomanero plant, in the heartland of the northern Italy aviation industry, and from Monteprandone's Breda Nardi company in central Italy.
 In the later years, Mecaer America Inc. in Canada started as a result of an acquisition and Mecaer Aviation Group, Inc. in the USA was established, with facilities in Philadelphia and Dallas.
