Levey MD MPH, NY Pelvic Pain and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, P.C. MLM is a unique setting poised to take advantage of the rapidly changing healthcare business landscape in the NY Metropolitan area and around the country. Our model is the return a maximum of funds back to physicians while eliminating costly administrators and administration fees incurred by classically organized healthcare organizations. In our MSO (KALHealth, LLC) model, because both organizations are physician run under common ownership, we are able to take advantage of significant efficiencies across both organizational platforms.
