Make Birth Better
Make Birth Better is a unique collective of parents and professionals dedicated to reducing the impact of birth trauma.
About Make Birth Better
Make Birth Better is an organization of experts who bring together extensive professional knowledge and lived experience to educate, support and campaign to reduce birth trauma and vicarious trauma to provide safe, inclusive and compassionate care for service users and staff. We envision a maternity care system where safety, equity, and compassion are not aspirations, but expectations. A system where every woman and birthing person, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance, receives respectful, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care, and where the professionals who support them are valued, protected, and empowered to deliver this care.
