We are Male Allies UK – your partner in making allyship happen. We deliver allyship training, and actively engage men in conversations around topics including menopause, masculinity, menstruation, and fatherhood We support the creation of male allies’ resource groups and networks We research male allyship and gender equity within the workplace We support the next generation of boys to define their version of positive masculinity We speak on allyship, intersectionality, and online misogyny We lobby for equality and sustainability for working parents We exist to challenge the system and dismantle barriers to collaboration and would love to connect with like-minded organisations who are committed to advancing gender equity and fostering inclusive workplace environments.
