March Associates Construction is a family‑owned commercial general contractor and construction management firm. We build ground‑up commercial real estate projects of $20M+ in New York City, New York, and New Jersey and are listed among ENR’s Top 400 Contractors Nationwide. Our focus is multifamily, mixed‑use, industrial, office, and other income‑producing CRE buildings, not small renovations or basic interior fit‑outs. We manage complex urban projects from pre‑construction through TCO, working with developers, architects, engineers, and lenders under CM‑at‑risk, GMP, and design‑build structures to keep jobs on time, on budget, and financeable. ​ We have delivered more than $8.5 billion in commercial projects.
