Mark Mills OBE DL built and sold his own businesses. Most advisors haven't. He grew Cardpoint from a start-up in 2000 to £100m annual revenue, floated it on AIM at £7 million, scaled it to 6,500 cash machines across Europe, and exited at £175 million. Before that, he built the only post box network to rival Royal Mail, installing 1,200 advertising-fronted units at petrol stations across the UK. Since 2007, he has applied that same thinking to other people's businesses as Non-Executive Chairman. He works with founders to uncover the value sitting inside their business, then manages the entire sale process from preparation to completion.
