Maxburg Capital Partners is an investment management firm focused on the German-speaking region. Originally founded among a group of friends, we are fortunate to be able to live out our passion for entrepreneurship – and the people behind it – through our own firm. Drawing on many years of experience as entrepreneurs and investors, we pursue long-term partnerships and equity investments with the goal of sustainable and lasting value creation. Our primary objective is to unlock entrepreneurial value creation potential, while never losing sight of the interests of all stakeholders. As a growth investor, we seek to increase enterprise value and generate sustainable long-term returns. It is our ambition and aspiration that all parties benefit from this partnership – and that we build relationships that endure beyond individual investment cycles, going well beyond a purely transactional arrangement. Maxburg manages several funds with a total volume of over €1 billion, provided by long-term oriented investors including foundations, family offices, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors. Our investments range from €10 million to €200 million per transaction. Maxburg Capital Partners is wholly owned by the partners of the firm.
