Divorce finance resolution where there are high value business or personal assets Employment and partnership dispute resolution. Fraud Insolvency: Company and Personal Risk management Regulation & compliance management including GDPR Project managing all types of commercial legal issues Part-time in-house GC role Advice on contract drafting and interpretation We work in partnership with our clients, often embedding ourselves in the heart of the clients' business and even working at  our clients' premises. We recognise some legal issues need, and some clients want, a handcrafted solution from a bespoke specialist and some don’t require the same level of support we work with clients to identify the solution that is appropriate for their particular issue. We have a range of clients from individuals, Entrepreneurs and SMEs with a regular need for a wide range of legal support, family offices and HNWs. We act for a number of overseas based clients advising on English law.
