Founded by Stuart McNeill, a former UK-certified Deck Officer (OOW Unlimited) and experienced maritime recruiter, the business combines operational understanding with a proven track record of delivering offshore crew placements and permanent hires. Crew Supply & Recruitment Our core service is the supply of offshore personnel (deck & engine), including temporary, rotational, and short-term cover. We also deliver permanent recruitment for technical, operational, and shore-based roles across marine and offshore organisations. All assignments are handled directly by the founder, ensuring accountability, responsiveness, and consistent delivery.
