MedChemica specialises in molecular design and analysis. With over 50 years of drug hunting experience across all major target classes in 6 disease areas, both in Lead Generation, Lead Optimisation and method development, our goal is to accelerate the progress of our clients' programmes. We have a proven track record of assisting clients develop candidate drugs that have progressed to clinical trials. Our software and expertise is based on Matched Molecular Pair Analysis which we co-invented. MCPairs, and its substantial database of knowledge, is available securely online. It is designed for use by Medicinal, Agrochemical and Computational Chemists and has a full REST API to further expand capabilities and automation.
