How many doctors does it take to change a lightbulb? Our co-founder, Dr Ash Kalraiya, was an Orthopaedic surgeon who discovered the answer is far more complex than you’d think, after cancelling three operations due to a broken lightbulb in theatre. Every day similar operational issues, like faulty equipment and missing loan kit, delay staff and prevent best patient care. ‍ That's why he and Dr Ali Bahsoun created MediShout, to bring 'Amazon-like' efficiency to hospitals. The company is partly owned by the NHS, and has been built by a team of healthcare professionals and industry leaders. We integrate with global healthcare suppliers and helpdesk systems, to improve operational efficiency and patient care. Our Mission: To deliver healthcare’s first ‘one-stop’ app aggregating all hospital departments, helpdesks and suppliers in order to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
