Memory Robin
Reshaping grief support, at work and at home.
About Memory Robin
Memory Robin helps organisations and families support people through bereavement, at work and at home. AT WORK Grief Confident is our workplace bereavement programme for UK employers, led by Nicola Coutu-Langmead. Five services, on their own or as a full programme: Grief Literacy. Short, accessible sessions that give teams a shared understanding of grief and how to respond well. The Grief First Aider Programme. Certified, named in-house Grief First Aiders: a visible, reportable capability. Bereavement Policy Consultancy. A policy that is practical, compassionate, findable on the day it matters and ready for the Employment Rights Act 2025. Bespoke Training. Built around your sector, your risks and your workforce. Advisory, Coaching and Counselling. Specialist support behind HR, and counselling for the supporters your EAP is not designed to reach. Around one in four employees are bereaved each year, and most managers have never been shown what to say. And uniquely, we do not stop at the employee. Support reaches the family behind them, including their children. AT WORK AND AT HOME We are building the first AI enabled bereavement platform designed for both the workplace and the family. Four joined-up Robins: Memory Robin, for the person who wants to leave something meaningful behind. Guardian Robin, for the adult holding a child through loss, and the hardest conversations. Pocket Robin, the child's own companion, ages 5 to 16. Warm, age adaptive, entirely theirs. Memory Robin at Work, for the manager and the colleague. Guidance in the moment, cross referenced with your own policy, so there is an answer at three in the morning without an appointment. The platform is not a clinical service, not a medical device, and not a replacement for the charities, hospices and counsellors who do extraordinary work. It is built to sit alongside them.
