MenoMinds is a trusted menopause education and online wellbeing community dedicated to helping women navigate menopause with clarity and confidence. Founded by Haley White and Victoria Brookbank, MenoMinds was created after delivering free CPD-accredited menopause workshops and recognising a growing need for ongoing support beyond one-off learning experiences. The community brings together trusted, expert-led, evidence-informed learning, practical wellbeing support, and meaningful connection. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or conflicting advice, MenoMinds takes a whole-person approach, helping women understand the emotional, psychological, physical, and social impact of menopause while building the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices about their wellbeing.
