Mental Health First Aid Ireland is Ireland’s sole licensed provider of Mental Health First Aid training, delivering internationally recognised, evidence-based programmes under licence from Mental Health First Aid International. Through our Adult and Youth Programmes, we equip individuals, workplaces, schools and organisations with practical skills to recognise when someone may be experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, respond appropriately and help connect them with the right supports. More than 35,000 people across Ireland have trained with us, helping to make conversations about mental health more informed, confident and supportive. Making every conversation matter.
