About MENTORO
Mentoro is a non-profit movement that connects more experienced professionals (mentors) with the younger generation (mentees). Since its launch in 2016, the movement has connected over 1,200 mentors and mentees across various industries in Montreal, Miami and New York. In each cohort, we draw up to 35 experts from various sectors and we invite potential mentees to apply for the program. We ask mentors/mentees to meet at least 3 times during the course of the program, for a conversation, a simple exchange of ideas and experiences.
