MeridianSquare.Global is building Digital Property Infrastructure™ for regulated real estate markets. Our platform, CubeSquare, is being developed as an infrastructure and coordination layer connecting property owners, regulated market participants, investors, custody, identity, compliance, payments and blockchain infrastructure across the lifecycle of digitally represented real estate. We began with Dubai because its evolving regulatory and property-market infrastructure provides one of the world's most advanced environments for regulated real estate tokenization. Our work has since expanded into a broader study of how digital property markets are developing across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, the United States and other global markets. Our focus goes beyond token issuance. We are building around the infrastructure required for regulated digital property markets to operate at institutional scale — including investor and issuer onboarding, KYC/KYB, property workflows, compliant ownership and transaction records, custody integration, marketplace infrastructure, and cross-border interoperability. CubeSquare is being architected as a multi-market platform capable of supporting different operators, jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks without rebuilding the core infrastructure for every market. MeridianSquare.Global also publishes ongoing research and analysis on the evolution of real estate tokenization, digital property infrastructure, regulatory models and the convergence of traditional real estate markets with digital financial infrastructure. Our thesis is simple: the long-term opportunity is not merely to tokenize properties. It is to build the infrastructure through which digital property markets can operate.
