About Metrolina Association for the Blind
Metrolina Association for the Blind (MAB) is a nonprofit organization located in Charlotte, NC. MAB provides a wide array of rehabilitative and accessible printing services. The Vision Rehabilitation Services staff is responsible for working with clients who have visual impairments and providing clients the skills to develop and maintain independent living. VRS services include low-vision exams, training in assistive technology, safe travel, daily living skills, and more. The Accessible Document Services department produces Braille, large print, and audio statements and other documents for financial, utility, and telecommunications corporations so they can communicate effectively with their customers and partners.
