Microassist helps organizations solve complex problems involving accessibility, technology, and training. Since 1988, we have worked with government agencies, higher education institutions, technology companies, and other organizations that need reliable solutions for complex or high-impact work. Our work is concentrated in three areas: DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY We help organizations improve the accessibility of websites, applications, documents, and training. Our services include accessibility audits and testing, document remediation, accessible eLearning testing and remediation, Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs), procurement support, and accessibility training. PUBLIC SAFETY TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS We design, develop, modernize, and support technology used by public safety organizations. Our work also includes helping clients evaluate where emerging technologies, including AI, may be useful and appropriate. LEARNING & TRAINING SOLUTIONS We help organizations turn complex information into effective training. Our services include instructional design, curriculum development, custom learning, training modernization, instructor-led and virtual training, and a growing catalog of AI courses. Across all three areas, we use technology where it improves the work, while keeping the focus on practical outcomes for the people and organizations we serve.
