miFuture helps young people leave education ready for work, not just looking for it. We connect young people, educators, and employers through digital learning, workshops, and partnerships that close the gap between education and employment. Readiness: helping them build the skills employers actually want. Confidence: helping them prepare for an ever-changing world of work. Our flagship programme, Skill Bursts, delivers short, gamified microlessons that make essential employability qualities practical, measurable, and fun to learn. Alongside our digital products, we deliver in-person workshops, classroom resources, and training for educators and employers who want to embed future skills, AI literacy, and work readiness into their delivery.
