MilCon Careers is a non-profit dedicated to facilitating the transition from military to civilian life for veterans and their families. Our mission is to connect veterans with employers who truly value their unique skills and experiences. By translating military expertise into civilian career opportunities, we aim to reduce the stress of job searching and improve job retention rates. Our platform is a comprehensive resource, offering free services to veterans to ensure they find meaningful and fulfilling careers post-service. We help employers access disciplined, mission-driven talent by translating military experience into civilian-ready skill sets. Using smart matching technology, we take a veteran's MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) or other specialty codes and translate that experience into clear, civilian-equivalent career opportunities, making it easier for employers to identify the right fit, faster.
