Millennium Power Services is a full-service industrial valve repair shop and manufacturer of valve parts, with locations in Massachusetts, Maine, and Virginia. With a fleet of mobile machine shops, we support on-site valve service across the United States—including outages and emergency response. What we do: • Valve repair & reconditioning: control valves, actuated valves, pressure relief/safety valves, specialty and high-pressure applications • Testing & documentation: steam, air, liquid, hydraulic, and electronic safety valve testing; repair/test reports available online through our EMS system • On-site field machining: mobile machining and turnaround support when pulling valves isn’t practical • Parts manufacturing & reverse engineering: new valve parts and critical components for long lead-time or obsolete items • Fuel gas valve service: complete service on fuel gas valves and associated components (including servo and hydraulic actuator assemblies) Machining capabilities (in-house + mobile): large-capacity lathe (36" x 228"), CNC 4-axis mills, CNC/manual lathes, VTL, boring mills, milling machines. Credentials: We hold National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors VR and ASME UV stamps. If you need a valve part quickly, we often have material on hand—or can manufacture to spec to support urgent jobs and planned outages.
