The Ministry of Investment (MISA), led by His Excellency Minister Fahad Al-Saif, is the Kingdom’s central authority for promoting and facilitating investment. MISA positions Saudi Arabia as a globally competitive investment destination, connecting international and domestic investors with high-growth opportunities in priority sectors. Established as the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority and reconstituted as a Ministry in 2020, MISA provides end-to-end investor support, including market entry advisory and licensing to strategic introductions, regulatory guidance, and comprehensive aftercare.
