Minorities In Automotive (M.I.A.)
Where they at? They're MIA. Connecting minority professionals — from the lot to the boardroom. Driving Change.
About Minorities In Automotive (M.I.A.)
Minorities in Automotive (MIA) is a movement built for every person in this industry — porters, technicians, service advisors, salespeople, marketers, managers, and the future dealer principals coming up behind them. No caste system. If you touch cars for a living, you belong here. The automotive industry is full of minority talent. What's missing isn't the people — it's the connections. A porter who's never met someone who can explain the path into sales. A technician who doesn't know how to move into leadership. Talented professionals without access to mentors, networks, or the rooms where decisions get made. MIA exists to close that gap — from the lot to the boardroom. Right now, we're at the very beginning. We're building our founding community before our public launch at NAMAD in Florida — and we want you in the room from day one, not after the fact. Join the interest list: joinmia.org We're Driving Change.
