The mioty alliance is an open, non-profit community dedicated to advancing a robust and efficient Massive IoT connectivity solution. Founded by industry leaders, the alliance promotes mioty technology, a standardized wireless connectivity protocol based on Fraunhofer's patented Telegram Splitting Ultra-Narrow Band (TS-UNB) method. Mioty is an ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute) standard, specifically ETSI TS 103 357. This standardization ensures interoperability and compliance across the IoT ecosystem. The technology enables scalable and cost-effective Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) deployments, making it ideal for industrial and commercial IoT applications. The primary goal of the alliance is to develop and promote standards that ensure interoperability across the entire IoT value chain.
