About Mirae Health
Active IBD carries a greater clinical and economic burden than remission. The opportunity is to give patients and healthcare professionals the longitudinal context they need to make better-informed decisions sooner. Mirae is developing a clinical platform that brings patient-generated information together with available health records, biomarkers and wearable data. The patient app will be one input, capturing symptoms, medications, PROMs, wellbeing and patient priorities between visits. The platform is intended to turn that information into a structured longitudinal view for care. Patients can arrive better prepared, more informed and clearer about what matters to them. Healthcare professionals can begin with fuller context, supporting more effective shared decision-making and more informed treatment conversations. Our aim is better IBD care at lower cost by reducing avoidable time to remission and making each care interaction more effective. The clinical platform is under development and is designed to support, not replace, professional judgement. We are building collaborations across clinical care, academia, research and life sciences to accelerate and leverage every step of the IBD journey.
