MitraNord is an Oslo-based IT advisory firm built on a simple observation: most companies can't say what their cloud, AI, and data platform spend is actually delivering. We help organizations govern that spend with rigor, not bureaucracy. We advise across three areas: FinOps & AI Cost Advisory (governance, forecasting, and optimization for cloud and AI spend), Data & AI Advisory (strategy, ideation, and implementation that turns data into decisions), and Sustainability Advisory (reporting and governance built to repeat, not a one-off initiative). Our team has led FinOps and cloud operations inside global organizations, including enterprise-scale governance across Azure and AWS.
