Mobius Vendor Partners (MVP) was founded in 1999 by Bob Kobek as a business process management and consulting firm built on a simple belief: organizations should be able to turn customer feedback into operational improvement, not just reports. Before founding MVP, Bob spent more than 20 years designing and implementing operational programs across government, direct marketing, and teleservices, creating more than 150 outbound telemarketing and inbound customer service programs throughout North America and Europe. That operational experience became the foundation for CustomerCount, a platform designed around how businesses actually operate. Today, MVP's leadership team brings more than 100 years of combined experience in business operations, client services, and process improvement. Whether managing a feedback program or providing strategic consulting, MVP helps organizations identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and implement measurable improvements. Bob remains actively involved in the business and brings experience across federal, state, and local government. His background helps clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, including TCPA, CCPA, GDPR, and HIPAA, while reducing risk and strengthening customer-facing programs. MVP maintains active leadership roles in the industries it serves. Bob has been involved with ARDA for more than 30 years and serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of ECAC, advocating on issues involving privacy, data security, AI, and customer communications.
