Monco.ai is the AI quantity takeoff and estimation platform for skilled trades. We help electrical contractors and other trade businesses turn PDF construction plans and drawings into accurate quantity lists in hours instead of weeks. Estimating teams – or, in many companies, branch managers themselves – spend days manually counting outlets, switches, light fixtures and cable runs before they can quote a fixed-price project. Our Smart Surveyor reads the PDF plans automatically and delivers structured quantities ready for export to Excel, GAEB, or ERP systems like PDS. We are vendor-agnostic, format-agnostic, and we don't touch pricing – every contractor calculates differently, and that's exactly how it should stay. We compress the most time-consuming step in the bidding process, nothing more, nothing less. Used today by electrical contractors across DACH, including Rudolf Fritz GmbH (Elevion Group), SPIE, Builtech Group etc. Expanding step by step into HVAC, drywall and the broader trades. Founded in Munich in 2025 by three TUM graduates with backgrounds in computer vision and deep learning.
