About Montana High Tech Business Alliance

The Montana High Tech Business Alliance (MHTBA) is a statewide, nonpartisan membership organization. As the champion of Montana’s tech sector since 2014, we equip and strengthen Montana’s tech community by serving as a hub for networking, original research, trusted storytelling, and talent. With nearly 200 member firms, we connect Montana's science and technology community through in-person and virtual events, help employers find and grow exceptional tech talent through Montana’s only tech-focused jobs board, and advance Montana's innovation economy through insight and storytelling. Montana’s high-tech industry generated $7.9 billion in annual revenue and contributed 5% of the state’s GDP in 2024, underscoring the sector’s growing impact on Montana’s economy.
