Who we are: A Cornwall-based research and design studio pioneering an ecosystem-led approach to botanical self-care. Our name comes from the landscape the brand is born from; at the meeting of sea (mor) and land. A place shaped by exposure. ​ Salt. Wind. Shifting Tides ​ An environment where life is constantly adapting to the pressures around it. Why we're here Modern skincare has become fragmented and frustrated. Focusing on problems to fix: Breakouts. Dryness. Fine lines. ​ But skin is more than a collection of fragmented issues. It is a living, connected ecosystem: constantly adapting, regulating and responding to the world around it. We should support that system, not simply react to its symptoms ​ Built on a simple idea Different ecosystems face different environmental pressures. Life survives those pressures by developing equally specific adaptive strategies. From salt-laden coastlines to arid deserts, tropical rainforests and exposed alpine landscapes, organisms are constantly finding ways to protect, repair and sustain themselves. We study those strategies and translate them into skincare designed to support long-term skin resilience. ​What's next...
