About Mowbray Education Trust
The Mowbray Education Trust (MET) is a multi-academy trust currently educating around 2,500 children from the age of 2 to 16 in the town of Melton Mowbray and surrounding villages in the Borough of Melton. Melton Mowbray is a rural market town in Leicestershire which is easily commutable from Grantham, Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham and Oakham. We currently have one secondary school, five primary schools and one preschool; with potential numerical and geographical growth in the future. We are a community whose vision is to put 'Children first' in every one of our settings. We have high expectations of both our children, and those that teach them. We recognise and cultivate the talent in our staff and work hard to put only the highest quality teachers in front of our children. We pride ourselves in our determination to ensure that no child is left behind, and a have a strong and energetic team working to continually drive standards up.
