The Mozzart company has been operating on the gambling market since 2001. The company’s business policy is based on modern business principles. Over the past 18 years we have become leaders in the area of gambling and sports betting in Southeastern Europe. With around 1,000 betting shops, the brand is currently present on the territories of Serbia, Malta, Romania, Republika Srpska, North Macedonia, Croatia and Kenya. Four thousand professionals employed at Mozzart work every day to continuously improve the services, with the ultimate goal of successfully anticipating the customers’ needs and maintaining their satisfaction. Within the scope of its main activity, the Mozzart company has its own production and a range of high-quality betting odds on a wide variety of sports and other events, with approximately 250,000 odds for over 1,600 events a day. In addition, there are over 400 standard football (soccer) betting games as well as over 500 special sports betting games available at any given time. As a way of supporting the sports betting organization, we have developed a complete IT system for the production, maintenance, and upgrading of the supporting software, which enables a reliable networking of a large number of payment sites, as well as a quality risk management. As part of the customer communication improvement process, we have founded the Mozzart Loyalty Club, which currently has over 300,000 members and is one of the largest loyalty clubs in the region. In an effort to provide a unified range of services and information to our customers, the Mozzart company also includes media, which have also risen to the leadership position over time. Mozzart Sports was founded in 2006 as a magazine offering a relevant and interesting content and featuring sports connoisseurs’ columns, interviews, top quality photos and a modern design.
