myCouncil is an agent-based decision governance platform designed to support boards of directors, executive teams, and expert councils in high-stakes decision-making. Most complex organizational decisions fail not because of missing information, but because disagreement, bias, and power dynamics remain implicit. myCouncil makes these dynamics explicit, structured, and auditable. Instead of producing a single “AI answer”, myCouncil orchestrates autonomous AI agents with defined professional roles, incentives, and perspectives. These agents interact through structured debate modes that mirror how real governance bodies operate. The platform supports three institutional decision modes: • Multi-Voice Expert Council — independent expert positions with mandatory peer review, mapping agreement, disagreement, and risk • Moderated Iterative Debate — controlled deliberation where experts may revise positions over user-limited iterations • Competitive Adversarial Debate — influence-based debate modeling persuasion, dominance, and institutional power dynamics At the core of the system is a neutral aggregator that never makes decisions.
