NALSC® (National Association of Legal Search Consultants) is the only organization representing the attorney search profession in the United States and internationally. We are committed to advancing ethical standards in legal recruiting through the NALSC Code of Ethics®, which serves as the foundation for professional conduct among our members and is increasingly incorporated into recruitment agreements by legal employers. With more than 350 members across the U.S., Canada, and global markets, NALSC provides a trusted forum for education, collaboration, and professional connection. Our programming helps members share best practices, stay ahead of industry trends, and strengthen relationships across the legal community. NALSC hosts two signature annual events—the Fall Symposium and Annual Conference—held in rotating U.S. locations and featuring educational sessions, industry insights, and extensive networking opportunities. We also provide ongoing online educational programming throughout the year.
