About National Construction Fire Safety Group

The National Construction Fire Safety Group (NCFSG) is a collaboration of the UK's leading principal contractors, established to provide a collective voice on construction fire safety and to address common challenges faced across the industry. Working in partnership with key stakeholders, including the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the British Standards Institution (BSI), the Fire Protection Association (FPA), insurers, clients and other industry bodies, the group provides a forum for sharing knowledge, experience and good practice. Our purpose is to develop consistent, practical and achievable solutions that improve fire safety standards, support compliance with guidance and best practice, and drive safer outcomes across the construction industry.
