About NAVEC - North American Veterinary Ethics Council
NAVEC is a growing coalition of veterinary clinics, shelters, animal welfare advocates, and access-to-care leaders formed to address the root causes of the veterinary workforce crisis. We believe the current system is leaving too many animals, families, shelters, and rural communities without timely care, and we are working on ethical, merit-based reforms to expand the veterinary care workforce while protecting quality and safety.
