About NECSTouR

NECSTouR is the Network of European Regions for Sustainable and Competitive Tourism. Based in Brussels, it develops Interregional Projects to improve Tourism Governance in Europe. It represents more than 70 organisations around Europe, including more than 40 Regional Tourism Authorities, with the aim to connect Regional Tourism Governance with European levels of government, EU financial instruments, Academic Organisations (Universities and Research Institutes) and Private Sector (Representatives of Tourism Enterprises, Associations, and Networks). What's Sustainable and Competitive Tourism? What does NECSTouR do? We develop Interregional Projects to improve Tourism Governance in Europe. • New Tourism Governance: Leading regional tourism policy makers committed to sustainable development for competitiveness • Know-how: Knowledge hub and solutions to enable regions to inspire strategies for smarter destinations management • Project hub: Project engineering hub for a sustainable and resilient tourism recovery through interregional cooperation • EU Antenna: European activity translated into opportunities for Regional Tourism decision-makers • Bridge Agendas: Aligning territorial and European tourism agendas
