Neighbors Bank was founded with a simple belief that homeownership should be within reach for everyone. Our primary focus is on serving first-time and low-to-moderate-income homebuyers. We are committed to helping these underserved, aspiring homeowners navigate government programs, down payment assistance, and the full path to homeownership. A lot of our borrowers are neglected by other lenders or have been told no. We figure out how to say yes. Since our founding, we've grown into one of the nation's top USDA lenders, built a team of 300+ people across 20+ states, and earned recognition as a USA TODAY Top Workplace. We're a fully remote company by design and we've built a culture that actually works at a distance. Our mission is straightforward: enhance lives. That means the families we help buy homes they didn't think were possible. The coworkers we invest in with flexibility, great pay, and a team that genuinely looks out for each other. And the communities we show up for through the Neighbors Bank Foundation, funded by voluntary paycheck pledges from our team.
