In combining resources for several hotels, we use a best-practices approach and cost sharing efficiency for an optimal structure. Our experienced and hands-on management team guides and coaches each employee for professional development and implements best practices at every level in the company, based on process optimization. We regularly conduct operational and financial assessments of the hotel to ensure the performance of the hotels in all areas. We manage currently two open exploitations and two in construction.
