The answer is "both," but the profile doesn't yet connect the dots. I would integrate them into a single narrative: Writing Nest brings visions to life through intentional planning, disciplined execution, and craftsmanship that respects both design and detail. Deeply rooted in Atlanta's in-town neighborhoods, we create custom homes and guide complex development projects that strengthen communities and reflect the people they serve. Whether serving as a builder, owner's representative, or predevelopment manager, Nest helps clients navigate the critical phase between concept and execution. We assemble and manage the right team, coordinate due diligence, evaluate feasibility, guide entitlement strategy, and create a clear path forward before significant capital is committed. From custom homes and major renovations to mixed-use, residential, and community-focused development projects, our role is to bring structure, clarity, and experienced leadership to every stage of the process. What I like about this version is that it doesn't read as: "We build houses. Also, separately, we do development management." Instead it reads as: "We help clients bring projects to life, and sometimes that means building them, while other times it means helping them determine what should be built in the first place." That's a much more coherent story and is consistent with where NEST appears to be heading.
