NestSTEPS™ transforms home savings and homeownership into an employee benefit, giving employers a proven, high-impact way to retain talent and reduce turnover. Furthermore, the program helps employees reduce financial stress, increase productivity, boost loyalty, and achieve long-term financial wellness through real estate. Our program is built on proven successes. For many years, Fannie Mae and a large health system in Wisconsin both offered housing assistance as a benefit cut turnover by more than 50%. We’ve taken that concept further and built a complete, scalable program to tackle retention challenges head-on.
