New Hampshire Community Loan Fund believes in opportunity for all. We provide systematically excluded people and communities with the financial, human, and civic resources they need to be economically secure. Community is at the heart of everything we do. Our neighbors-investing-in-neighbors model turns donations and impact investor funds into loans and services for homeowners, small businesses, nonprofits, and communities. During our 40+ years of service we have helped purchase or preserve over 11,000 affordable homes and added coaching and guidance loan services that help borrowers navigate repayment. Through partnerships and caring community investors and donors, we work for a future where everyone has access to the resources, they need to live secure and prosperous lives. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and one of the first community development financial institutions (CDFIs) in the U.S. and have received industry awards and recognition for social impact, financial strength, and performance.
