About Next Level Sports

At Next Level Sports, our mission is to deliver the Best Youth Sports Experience for young athletes and their families—both on and off the field. Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2010, Next Level Sports has grown from neighborhood flag football games in San Mateo, California, into a national youth sports organization serving 90,000+ participants across 300+ partner locations in 28+ states. Today, Next Level Sports provides Flag Football, Girls Flag Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Summer Camps, and developmental training programs for youth athletes, with programming generally serving Kindergarten through 8th grade and offerings varying by sport and location. Our programs are built around a simple idea: youth sports should be fun, organized, developmental, and rooted in the communities they serve. We combine thoughtful program design, operational excellence, technology, and outstanding coaches and staff to create experiences that help young athletes develop their skills, confidence, sportsmanship, teamwork, and love for the game. A defining part of the Next Level model is our network of partnerships with premier high schools, colleges, universities, athletic programs, and community venues throughout the country. These relationships allow young athletes to play close to home while connecting them with the schools, coaches, student-athletes, and sports communities they look up to. Our flagship Next Level Flag Football program is entering its 15th official season and has grown into one of the nation’s leading community-based youth flag football programs. Alongside Flag Football, we continue to expand our Basketball and Volleyball platforms while developing new programs and experiences designed to give young athletes even more opportunities to play, learn, compete, and grow. As Next Level Sports continues to grow nationally, our commitment remains the same: create meaningful youth sports experiences that families can count on
