Managing Partners Ha Nguyen and Garrett Kelly have over three decades of experience building and investing in fast-growing venture backed startups. They’re now combining their knowledge and expertise to support the next generation of early stage founders, helping them take the NextStep in becoming master operators, company builders, and people leaders. After stints as early employees of startups that scaled to unicorns (eBay, AirBnB), we became executives at several early stage startups where we helped founders build and scale their operations from scratch, laying the foundation for success across strategy, product, operations, and culture. We’ve also invested in dozens of startups as both venture capitalists and angel investors. Founders often think they need a COO but what they really need is an operating system.
