Shannon owns and operates four NIA communities across the Nashville metro area: NIA Music City, NIA Brentwood, NIAX Cool Springs, and NIAX Nashville Power Partners. NIAX is our flexible model, offering Exclusive and Standard membership options with optional attendance.
