Established in 2008, we specialise in the complex and "niche" cases the high street often can't place - self-employed and limited-company directors, first-time buyers, buy-to-let and portfolio landlords, foreign nationals, adverse credit, and bridging and development finance. As a mortgage and credit broker (not a lender), we search across the market to match lenders and criteria to each client's circumstances. Led by directors Payam Azadi and Richard Stokes, our team combines 20+ years of specialist broking experience with a strong compliance culture. We also publish free educational content on YouTube (@nicheadvice, 15,000+ subscribers) to help people understand their options.
